MY BEAUTY POTENTIAL AND MAKE ME HANDSOMe

Director and CEO
2014 – Present
Greg is Director, CEO and developer of the My Beauty Potential and Make Me Handsome software http://www.mybeautypotential.com.au/ These two products provide an educational tool for users and a recruitment tool for subscribing clinics.

SCRIPT

2008 – Present
Greg is also Director, CEO and developer of Script – an innovative, educational software solution that delineates skin type and skin concerns, matching outcomes to available skin care treatments in order to maximise patient experience. Script diagnoses skin type and identifies skin concerns to produce an individual skin care “prescription”.

Dermatology Institute of Victoria

I opened the Dermatology Institute of Victoria in 2007 with an emphasis on education. My aim was to create an environment where my team and I could develop techniques and bring the newest and best technologies and processes to this clinic and then on to patients.

Skin & Cancer Foundation (Now skin health)

Director of the Mohs Micrographic Surgery Unit at the Skin & Cancer Foundation Inc. – a not-for-profit organisation specialising in the treatment, education and research of skin disorders, skin cancers and melanomas – Greg leads the unit treating difficult and / or recurrent skin cancers.

ASSOCIATE EDITOR

An Associate Editor of the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology – a journal dedicated to the education of dermatologists, facial plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons and physicians for over 25 years – Greg manages submissions, names potential reviewers, assesses manuscripts, works with the editor to maintain balance within the journal; and, develops content for the journal.

INTERNATIONAL CONTRIBUTING EDITOR

1996 - present
Greg is an international contributing editor for the Journal of Dermatologic Surgery – a position he has held since 1996.The Journal of Dermatologic Surgery publishes articles and other written matter solely in the field of dermatologic surgery, including in the areas of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and skin cancer.

Associate Professor

2009- 2012
An Adjunct Associate Professor at Monash University, Greg is responsible for the education of both undergraduate and graduate doctors. Initially holding academic posts in the university as a senior lecturer, Greg is now an associate professor. Throughout this time, Greg has written courses and directed the teaching of medical practitioners and students at Monash. Some of his roles have included:

CONSULTANT DERMATOLOGIST

1986-1989
Greg was a consultant dermatologist at the Alfred Hospital, located in Prahran, Victoria. The Alfred is Melbourne’s oldest hospital and specialises in trauma services, emergency and intensive care, comprehensive cancer services, blood diseases, respiratory medicine, melanoma, bone marrow transplant, cardiology / cardiovascular services, neurosurgery, general and specialist surgery and medicine, psychiatry and diagnostic services.

CONSULTANT DERMATOLOGIST

1984 - 1986
Greg was a consultant dermatologist at the Austin Hospital in Heidelberg, Victoria. The Austin was established in 1882 and is recognised both in Australia and around the world for its work in cancer, liver transplantation, spinal cord injuries, neurology, endocrinology, mental health and rehabilitation.




CONSULTANT DERMATOLOGIST

1984 - 1987
Greg was a consultant dermatologist at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in the mid-eighties. Located at Parkville, Victoria, The Royal Melbourne is one of the state’s leading public teaching hospitals. The oldest hospital in Victoria, The Royal Melbourne was established in 1848.

CONSULTANT DERMATOLOGIST

1984 - 1994
For a decade, Greg was a consultant dermatologist at Ballarat Base Hospital. Ballarat Health Services has been providing health care across a wide range of areas for 150 years, including acute, sub-acute, residential, community, psychiatric and rehabilitation services.
